Dutyclock Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 September 2026

Dutyclock is published by SocialSure Private Limited. This policy explains what the app does with your information.

Data we collect

None. Dutyclock collects no personal data, no usage analytics, no crash telemetry and no identifiers. Everything you enter (your log of driving, work, availability and rest, leave days, the catch-up numbers, your name and vehicle registration for the PDF, and your settings) is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage, and is never uploaded. The app has no internet permission. You can delete any entry in the Log screen, export everything as a backup file from Records, and remove all of it by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.

Permissions

Dutyclock requests the following permissions:

Files leave your device only when you save or share them yourself: the PDF record, the CSV and the backup are written to the place you choose through Android's file picker or share sheet.

Third parties

Dutyclock contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no third-party SDKs that collect data. It may ask Google Play to show its standard in-app rating prompt; that prompt is handled by the Play Store app, and Dutyclock never sees or sends any of it.

Children

Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address and the date above will change.
