Snarewall Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 September 2026

Snarewall is published by SocialSure Private Limited. This policy explains what the app does with your information.

Data we collect

None. Snarewall collects no personal data, no usage analytics, no crash telemetry and no identifiers. Your progress (level results and medals, daily map scores, a saved run and your settings) is stored only in the app's private storage on your device. It is removed when you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Snarewall allows Android backup, so your Android device backup (and a transfer to a new phone) may include it; that backup is run by Android under your Google account settings, not by us. You can copy it out yourself with Settings, Export save, which hands one file to the share sheet for the app you choose, and bring it back with Import save.

Permissions

Snarewall asks for no permission that needs your approval, and it has no internet permission, so the app itself cannot send your data off the device. The one permission in its manifest is added automatically by AndroidX to keep the app's own broadcasts private; only Snarewall can hold it and it reaches no data of yours. You can confirm this on the Play Store listing under "App permissions".

Third parties

Snarewall contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no third-party SDKs that collect data. It includes Google Play's in-app review library, which may show Google Play's rating dialog after you clear three levels; that dialog is run by the Play Store app, and Snarewall never sees what you write.

Children

Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address and the date above will change.
